Player Walid Zaman clinched the title in the “Professional” category, after winning the final match against his counterpart Youssef Essam with three sets to one.

On the other hand, Rafaela Pereira secured the women’s title, with Parker Power coming in second.

In the Men’s 45 years category, Youssef Al Malki claimed the first place, with Ziad Rahim finishing second.

Meanwhile, Qatari player Khalid Al-Muhannadi won the Boys’ Under-17 singles title, while Ali Oudah secured second place.

In the Boys’ Under-15 category, Talal Al-Bader took the first place, with Omar Faraj coming in second.

In contrast, Zou Makarios won the Girls’ Under-15 category, with Tegis Basil as the runner-up.

In the Boys’ Under-13 category, Hamad Al-Khalf claimed the title, with Saleh Khalifa finishing second.

In the Boys’ Under-11 category, Mohammed Al-Tamimi dominated to win the title, with Mazen bin Fahd taking second place.

The award ceremony was overseen by Mr. Tareq Zeinal, the General Secretary of the Qatar Tennis, Squash, Paddle, Badminton, and Shuttlecock Federation, and Mr. Saad Al-Muhannadi, the tournament director, in the presence of a large audience of squash enthusiasts.

Mr. Saad Al-Muhannadi, the Executive Director of the Qatar Tennis, Squash, Paddle, Badminton, and Shuttlecock Federation and the tournament director, congratulated all the winning players of the various competitions in the championship, commending the strong participation of all players and the performances they delivered.

Al-Muhannadi said on this occasion: “We are pleased to see a large number of players participating in these local tournaments, which will undoubtedly contribute to the development of the game, and raising the technical and physical levels of the players, including the national teams.”

He added: “This tournament also comes within the federation’s strategy to increase the popularity of this game and provide an opportunity for various players to participate and compete for its titles.”
